What the petition asks

I am petitioning to help stop cruelty to horses . I have heard of a case that I think is disgusting which led to the death of several horses and the deterioration in health of other horses.owner took pleasure in torturing these animals . left malnourished and extremely unhealthy.3/4 found dead .

3/4 horses died in this woman’s care and left to rot. Another few horses rescued but in extremely neglected condition.
