Physical assult during the game by Conor Hourihan (Aston Villa player) on Mateusz Klich (Leeds United player) during the game on 28th April 2019. This incedent can been viewed most media outlets. Both EFL & FA have declined to reprimand the player in question. In respect to a similar incedent by a member of the public, Paul Mitchell, whom is serving 14 weeks custodial service for assaulting ironically a Aston Villa player (Jack Grealish) back on the 10th March 2019.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because discipline in sports isn't something that the UK Government or Parliament is responsible for and the decision on whether to charge someone with a criminal offence is taken by the police and Crown Prosecution Service and not the UK Government or Parliament.
