What the petition asks

This needs to stop.
This is a crime that leaves its victim traumatized fro the rest of their life

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you want new sentencing guidelines based on the age of victims but we're not sure which offences these guidelines would apply to.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
