What the petition asks
CAA estimate that the running costs for 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020 will be £1.3m with an ongoing annual est. cost of £2.8m including irrecoverable VAT at 19%. This is hugely over inflated in comparison to similar industry leading database systems and support which needs public investigation.
