Refuse entry to UK to Guy Verhofstadt for trying to affect UK political choices
Rejected

What the petition asks
Guy Verhofstadt is planning to enter the UK soon to try and influence the UK public into backing EU and thwart Brexit by campaigning with the Liberal Democrats. He is not a UK citizen and should not be allowed to campaign here.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure whether you want to stop all non-UK citizens from campaigning in UK elections or something else.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition calling for a ban on non-UK citizens campaigning in UK elections and referenda.
