Legally bind the UK government to achieve net-zero Carbon Emissions by 2030

What the petition asks

politicians from all parties recognise that we are in a state of environmental crisis.
So now, more than ever, we need laws to make the government and business accountable to make UK carbon emissions net-zero by 2030.
Because as Brexit has shown, non-binding motions doesnt account for anything.
