What the petition asks
HM Government are committed to honour the Article 50 withdrawal from the EU. That process is currently delayed. In order to signal the Government's sincerity to all parties, Parliament agrees to restore its legal supremacy and revoke, with immediate effect, the jurisdiction of the EU institutions.
