Stop Breed Banned Legislation in the DDA (dangerous dogs act)
Rejected
15 signatures
What the petition asks
For too long dogs have been named pitbull based on appearance and many breeds have been deemed banned because of poor owner behaviour rather than basing a dog on a case by case basis. Dogs should be deemed dangerous based on behaviour and all "dangerous dog" breeds should be exempt.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
