Provide more support for people identified with a disability regardless of age
Rejected
16 signatures
What the petition asks
People with a disability, regardless of the severity are not provided with the correct support and care required. Been identified as having a disability is easy, but having the correct support and network is harder. It is the councils duty to assure a person with SEN is housed and cared for rightly.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you'd like more support for people with disabilities, but we're not sure exactly what kind of support you'd like the Government or Parliament to put in place.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
