change the speed limit down rushall lane for the safety if horse riders

What the petition asks

Rushall lane is getting far to dangerous for members of the community to ride their horses down as people drive so fast round the narrow bends. We are trying to get the speed limit dropped to make it a safer place so people can enjoy the countryside safely.

Why it was rejected
