What the petition asks

The basic 1st year cat costs an average £1000. After, it's £900 on bare basics. Extra cost to insure/pet plan.Vet costs far more than human ones&most cat homes have more than one cat. Upkeep costs make it apparent how angry owners when their cat gets murdered. 4 types of cat crimes found in my area
A cat murderer,2-3 times a year,over 500 cat deaths in the South East, trespassing on their property, sometimes on more than one occasion.Pellet shootings,in which a cat died in 2019. Another spate of cat dissections.Groups of people scouring streets for cats for dog baiting. Better sentencing is needed.Example;guilty of one cat death=maximum 5 years,someone done over 500 deaths,still a maximum of 5 years?Sentencing needs to go on how many cat deaths:Example 1 cat=2 years 5 cats=10 years&so on
