Speed humps down Severn Drive were the school is & also down Duddle lane

I've flagged people down before now especially when school hours are over to tell them to slow down on severn drive, I've even reported bus drivers to Preston bus.
Numerous times I've pulled out of severn drive onto duddle Lane & cars have come flying down the road. There both 20mph limits!
