Give British Commonwealth military automatic right to citizenship and residency

When someone gives their loyalty, dedication & puts their life on the line for this country, the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland, should as reward for said service be given the automatic right to citizenship, residence & military pension. This to include Gurkhas, Fijians, sikhs & other Nationals from any other Commonwealth of Nations country that has given three or more consecutive years service in HM British Armed Forces.
