Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can only accept petitions which call for actions that are the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament. How MPs vote in debates in the House of Commons is a matter for individual MPs rather than the Government or Parliament as a whole.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
