Make bells on pushbikes a legal requirement

What the petition asks

Pushbikes are very hard to hear especially when they are coming up behind pedestrians so bells can be a good morning and prevent a lot of injuries to pedestrians as well as pushbike is

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Mandate in law that a warning bell is fitted and used on all bicycles
