New legislation needed to address 'Bullying in the workplace'

What the petition asks
Changes are needed to existing legislation to help eradicate the present high incidences of 'workplace bullying' that are not dealt with appropriately internally & externally causing extreme mental health issues & death - introduction of new legislation, eg resurrection of the Dignity at Work Bill
Workplace bullying is repeated, healthharming mistreatment of one or more persons, by one or more perpetrators, in the form of verbal abuse, offensive conduct/behavior and work interference.
In addition to the emotional and psychological turmoil, victims have their work and career disrupted as well as their personal lives destroyed.
