Ensure that the Accident and Emergency in Burton on Trent remains open
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
There have been moves to close the critical accident and emergency department at Burton on Trent. This department is vital and to close it would add additional pressure on Derby and Stoke who are already overstretched and add additional response time for critically ill patients.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can only accept petitions which call for actions that are the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
