What the petition asks
In the EU elections, UK resident EU Citizens were disenfranchised by the failures of the Electoral Commission and Government. Those citizens were unable to exercise democratic right so it is only fair that they are allowed to vote on the 1 issue which substantially affects them. Do the right thing!
