Test all pregnant women for being a carrier of haemophilia

What the petition asks
My two-year-old was diagnosed with haemophilia a year ago and nearly lost his life due to blood loss. I also found out that I am the carrier of this and in actual fact it’s dangerous for me to give birth and nothing was in place for me as I didn't know I was a carrier of such a horrible illness
I'd like all pregnant women to get tested so no one has to go through potentially losing their life or their child's life without knowing what they possibly carry in their bodies.
