Autism Training for all public transport staff
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
Having experienced severe anxiety and autistic meltdowns whilst on public transport I believe it is important for all public transport staff to have training to deal with these situations as right now there is no sensitivity, understanding or awareness, and this needs to change.
Autism is a lifelong condition which affects both children and adults, more awareness training is needed for public transport staff to help prevent and manage a range of situations involving autistic passengers.
