What the petition asks

This is an official state visit from a WW2 ally. It is to commemorate the sacrifices made by soldiers from both UK & USA.
Flying a personally offensive blimp is an outrage. This is not the time and place for childish games.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
