What the petition asks
Nigel Farage is an elected MEP at the European Parliament but he is not an elected MP in the UK Parliament. Therefore he should not be permitted to take part in any brexit negotiations on behalf of the UK government other than what is allowed under the remit of the role of an MEP.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
