What the petition asks

Many people in the UK suffer day and night with debilitating pain from ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia. This results in sleep deprivation, no energy, high stress, severe depression, extreme anxiety and an extremely poor quality of life. Basic daily tasks are impossible due to severe excruciating pain.
It's proven in many global studies that medical Cannabis can help relieve the extreme symptoms of ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia. Medical Cannabis can ease the pain, help with sleep which with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia is vital. Many countries around the world have made medical Cannabis available easily to sufferers, UK patients have to see a private doctor and pay extortionate prices to obtain the drug. These sufferers generally have limited income due to the debilitating pain and can't afford to buy it
