Introduce a closed season for Hares so that they can't be shot all year.

What the petition asks
Unlike many species of wildlife in the UK it is legal to shoot Hares all year round. The breeding season is a critical period for the Hare - if the mother is shot the Leverets starve to death.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
