Make national radio stations produce more than 3.5 hours of local programming

What the petition asks
Since Heart radio got rid of local programming there is a hole in the schedule please. I intend to get the matter to parliament to get this debated to get more local programming
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
