What the petition asks

we all know the curruption when it comes to the voting system. its time to make a change. no one should get to vote unless the carry a legitimate photo id and and item of a bill from their address with name and address on it. thus tying their name and address together.
we must stop the curruption and make the voting system fair for all sides.

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
