Free TV Licences for all people on Pension Credit.

What the petition asks
Many pensioners are wealthy and can afford TV Licences. All pensioners can't afford a TV Licence. Pension Credit is means tested group, so this should satisfy the BBC to be included for a Free TV Licences. TV can be a window to the world and help with the loneliness many pensioners suffer from.
The BBC has indicated that the current Free TV Licence will be abolished for over 75 years old, with the exception of pensioners on certain benefits. If they are going to do this, then they should consider all pensioners on Pension Credit, not those just over 75 years old.
