What the petition asks
Our farming landscapes over the years, have become a world of mono cultures. Insects, flowers, birds and mammals are all declining. I want to see the creation of a network of wild flower meadows across the country, within our farmland. To be managed by local nature groups, for study and education.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what you mean by "spare farm land".
You could start a new petition calling for the Government to fund the creation of a network of wild flower meadows if that is something you would like to see happen.
