What the petition asks

Where multiple dwellings share the same building, e.g. blocks of flats, maisonettes, bedsits and HMOs, everyone needs to stop smoking and vaping inside the building. There should be designated smoking areas outside.

Smells and smoke enter other people's homes, causing a nuisance and potential serious health risk from 2nd Hand Smoke. I have lived in a flat for 7 years where I have been breathing in 2nd hand smoke. I have severe Asthma and nasal conditions. I have been really suffering so asking for everyone's help on this to stop smoking inside blocks of flats.
