Invest in UK recycling facilities so we can deal with our own rubbish

What the petition asks
As a nation, we do our bit when it comes to recycling, but our government are letting us down. The UK is sending over two thirds of its recyclable rubbish abroad without us knowing what happens to it next, shamefully a lot of it going into landfill. We NEED the facilities to deal with our own crap.
