Petition · past parliament
Deport all foreign criminals without appeal
Rejected
10 signatures
What the petition asks
Jails overcrowded due to large number of foreign criminals
Look at Govs own statistics for foreign criminals in UK jails, and crimies committed by persons not born here
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
The UK Borders Act 2007 already requires foreign national offenders to be deported. So we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
