Make sulphite free epi pens in UK

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

Currently sufferers with serious sulphite allergies in UK, have no availability of sulphite free adrenaline and epi pens for life threatning anaphylactic reactions to sulphite
https://journals.lww.com/anesthesia-analgesia/fulltext/2004/05000/A_Dilemma__How_Does_One_Treat_Anaphylaxis_in_the.57.aspx

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because this would be a decision for manufacturers and not the UK Government or Parliament.

You could start a new petition calling on the Government to provide funding for research into such epi pens or for them to be provided free on the NHS if those are things you would like to see happen.
