What the petition asks

Police do not attend many crimes now, car theft is on the rise, knife crime is on the rise, gang and drug problems are on the rise. Police officers are always saying they need more money, powers and officers. There are too many that are assaulted.

I was strangled, yet the man who was high on drugs and a thief was only jailed for those, I had a witness too yet he was never charged with my assault, if my friend was not with me, he would have killed me. Also, I feel police need to come when called to any anti social, burglary, theft, assault etc.
