What the petition asks

I have a daughter who has high traits of autism but does not meet requirements for a formal diagnosis. She has been failed by professionals all over from school, social services, cahms and now college. We want all young people to get the support they need whether diagnosed or not.

My daughter did not get an EHCP even though she is 4 years behind mentally and educationally the professionals backed off even though we are to treat her as if she has autism which states on her 1 plan (not legally binding) college took what little things away from her as the 1 plan means nothing but after almost a year she's been giving a couple of things back. We feel every young person who has special educational needs should get an EHCP automatically because this is legally binding.
