Stop police hiding on motorways/ dual carriageways leave to the cameras

What the petition asks
Lower the speed limit around schools/built up areas and stop the endless money making by hidden police on bridges/motorways carriageways so they can fight knife crime burgularies etc.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
