Automatic equal rights and shared custody for fathers

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

many men and women who have children & they can not have access to their child. due to the fact that one of the parents can not put aside their feelings to the other, so instead they would use the child as a weapon to gain their own satisfaction. this is a selfish & vindictive behaviour of humans,
children grow up without both parties investing into the child on mutual terms.this has a huge effect on the child, this is also take a huge part of the development of the child. with the child being depressed or having behaviour problems. children are our future. If the male or female is NO THREAT to the child then he or she should BOTH EQUAL TO PARTAKE in the child's life Put your self in the position of others. its not right or fair that this is so easy to stop one of the parents access.
