What the petition asks

As we all know. Bike theft, car theft, house burglary, knife crime etc etc it's all risen extremely high... The public support the police. But it's got to the level the police can no longer control it. Because of the government cuts. I feel the military should be drafted in to control it

Until at least at a level where the police can safely take over and keep it under control.
