What the petition asks
Make it seek it's finances through advertising or pay per view.People in these austere times must have the option to opt out of the fee.With the over 75s no longer receiving a free licence it beggars belief that it would still take an OAP to court for non payment of a licence.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
