Staff training and mandatory support plan for school students with M.E.

What the petition asks
M.E. is one of the main causes of long term school absences in the UK. A third of all Children and Young People under the age of 25 with M.E. are unable to participate in full time education or employment.
Education is a human right but it’s been taken away from people with this disability because schools can’t accommodate and support their needs. That needs to change by implementing staff training programs to teach/educate on M.E and students to have support plans put in place suited to them and tailored to suit the individual.
