What the petition asks
Rescind the agreement allowing Irish citizens a vote in UK elections and UK citizens a vote in theirs. Some 300,000 + Irish citizens can vote in UK elections which biased the Referendum result
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The ability of UK citizens to vote in elections in Ireland is a matter for the Irish state.
