Make using single use plastic a criminal offence

What the petition asks
Single use plastic is a type of plastic that can only be used once and can't be recycled therefore contributing to the plastic already in the ocean. By making this a criminal offence it would help protect the oceans and stop global warming in this limited time we have (12 years).
