Make recycling bins compulsory on public transport in the UK

What the petition asks
In general, people commuting or travelling on public transport are likely to buy food and drink to consume on the go. Having sperate recycling bins on public transport would therefore mean that the large amount of waste created can be disposed of in the best way possible.
