Protect free TV license for pensioners, prevent the BBC making changes in 2020

What the petition asks
Pensioners have worked and paid into the system and the television is for some their only window to the outside world. It also helps prevents loneliness in many cases. The BBC could easily cut salarys to make up any deficit as its clear most people agree that so called stars are overpaid.
