Change school attendance policies penalising children with a disability/illness
Rejected

What the petition asks
A lot of children suffer from different disabilities or illness that require hospital appointments. This then affects attendance in schools and children miss out on treats and awards. Sometimes it is very hard to get an appointment out of school hours. I want to stop children being penalised.
A lot of children have to miss out on so much due to illness and disabilities I know this from personal experience with my daughter. Why should they have to miss out on awards from school too.
