Parliament must not circumvent laws of the land to erode our rights to the EU

What the petition asks

The Constitutional Bill of Rights gives the people of the UK and birthright of Freedom, Justice and Security it's Parliaments Oath to reinforce these rights and a legal duty upon those who govern. Our Constitution has been the envy of the free World for over 300 years and is enshrined in.UK Law.
The European Constitution states it must be ratified in accordance with the member states. The Lisbon Treaty will obsorb the 3 Pillars of Freedom, Justice and Security. Parliament should uphold the Oath to the Crown and to the people of the UK and keep its laws and rights and not erode these laws and rights to another Parliament within another country and Law Courts. The people have always had a right to apply to the Courts or petition the Crown where their is a Constitutional conflict .
