What the petition asks

Billions of British pounds owned by UK citizens, residents and companies stored off shore to avoid paying tax to the UK government. As well as being
imoral this practice causes great harm to the UK economy and must stop immediately.
Has anything happened after the Panama papers came out? No. This is the solution.
