Stop supermarkets and companies selling dried goods in plastic wrappers

What the petition asks
Supermarkets need to start cutting how much they use single-use plastic. Items such as flour and sugar are sold in paper bags, why is it not that companies and supermarkets do not sell pasta, dried beans, rice etc. be sold in paperbags too?
