What the petition asks
Parliament should uphold the Oath to the Crown and to the people of the UK and keep its laws and rights and not erode these laws and rights to another Parliament within another country and Law Courts where our Monarch is not head of state .Our Laws are a birth right of the people of the UK .
The Monarch and the elected body of Parliament as its people are not above the Law. The Law states if we believe our rights are being erode and it seems Parliament is circumventing the laws of the Land and is in Constitutional Conflict with the Laws of the Land .We have a right to apply to the Courts or petition to uphold our Constitutional Laws.
