Stop referring to the state pension as a benefit in government literature

Closed 36 signatures

What the petition asks

The state pension is deferred pay that working people have contributed to in their careers. It has been paid for out of national insurance contributions. Payments which are not deductible from salaries for tax purposes unlike for private pensions. It is not a benefit for retirees. We have earned it.
