What the petition asks
Motorcyclists increase the noise they produce, by modifying/replacing their silencers with aftermarket products designed to increase noise creating an unnecessary source of extreme noise-pollution, affecting residential areas and lowering the standards of living, health and well-being of residents.
These acts are currently illegal/regulated under: The Road Vehicles Regs. 1986, The Motorcycle Silencer & Exhaust Systems Regs.1995 & Dir. 89/235/EEC etc. nevertheless offending motorcyclists continue to generate unacceptable levels of noise pollution with impunity, to an extent that specialist businesses dedicated to increase motorcycle noise are flourishing across London.
The government should take steps to fully enforce existing laws against anti-social and illegal motorcycle noise.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We're not sure what you mean by "fully enforce". You could start a new petition explaining clearly what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
